In 2015 Reuben DeMaster traveled to Moshi, Tanzania to work on a USAID Farmer to Farmer project. It was a valuable experience and he looked for a way to go back and serve. On Jan 6 of 2017 he returned for another Farmer to Farmer Project in the same general area.
Previously, this was his wife's (unused) blog about preserving food. In the future it may return to that use. (enjoy the picture of the cheese).
